The Kolton Wayne House

The Kolton Wayne house is located at 2210 Old Nashville Hwy in McMinnville, TN. The home is adjoined to the Generations Gaither’s Ranch and minutes from downtown McMinnville. The home consists of 2 semi- private rooms and 4 private rooms to house 8 male Service Recipients. This home is classified as an as Adult Residential Treatment Facility (ARTF) and is specially designed, locked, and staffed to care for and support members that have been in the hospital for an extended periods of time and/or have tried other placements and have failed and require a higher level of supervision. Services that are provided include but are not limited to 24 hour awake staff, transportation to and from appointments, Dietary Management, Financial counseling, Activities, Care Management, and on-site Nursing.
