The home consists of 6 semi-private bedrooms to house 16 male Service Recipients. This home is classified as Enhanced Supported Housing (ESH) and is specially designed and staffed to care for and support members requiring a higher level of support due to an increase of mental health symptoms/ and or an increase in co siding medical needs. Services that are provided but are not limited to 24 hour awake staff, transportation to and from appointments, Dietary Management, Financial counseling, Activities, Case Management, and on-site Nursing.
